A smart monument, blending Holography, Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence into a novel and futuristic user experience. The Smart Monument of Grigor Prlichev is a groundbreaking cultural and technological projects to bring one of Macedonia’s greatest poets to life in a virtual form. Unlike traditional monuments, which are static and made of stone or metal, this hybrid is a living, talking digital monument designed to interact with visitors and recite poetry, historical facts, and philosophical thoughts from Prlichev’s works. The monument aims to revive the cultural heritage and make it accessible and engaging, especially for younger generations. Resurrecting the Second Homer through state of the art technologies, allows us to explore history and culture in an unmediated interaction with the digital consciousness of great mind’s of the past.
