Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase of products from the online shop of Sefidanis LLC at sefidanis.com. They cover ordering, prices, delivery, made-to-order products, warranties and your rights as a buyer. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund and Return Policy and our Privacy Policy. Courses on the Sefidanis Academy are covered by the Academy Terms and Conditions instead. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.

Ordering

Each product page describes the product, its main features and its price. When you place an order we send you an email acknowledging it. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or dispatch the product, whichever comes first. We may decline an order, for example when a product is no longer available or a price was shown wrongly because of an obvious error; in that case we tell you at once and refund anything you have paid. You must be 18 or over to order.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include any tax we are required to charge. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm the order.
• Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees in the country of delivery are not included. They are charged by that country’s authorities and are paid by you.
• You can pay by the methods shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the payment providers named there; we do not store your card details.
• We issue a receipt by email for every order, and an invoice on request.

Delivery

• We deliver to the address you give at checkout. The expected delivery time is shown on the product page or in the order confirmation; if none is shown, we deliver within 30 days of the order.
• If we cannot deliver on time, we tell you and agree a new date with you. If the new date does not suit you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
• The product becomes your responsibility when you, or a person you name, receive it. Until then the risk of loss or damage in transit is ours.
• Please check the parcel on arrival and tell us as soon as you can if it is damaged or incomplete, with a photograph where possible.

Made-to-order products

Some of our products, such as robots, monuments, medical devices and installations, are built or configured to your specifications. For these we agree the specification, the price, any deposit, the production time and the delivery or installation arrangements in a written order confirmation, which forms part of the contract. Because they are made for you, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them; the cancellation terms are set out in the order confirmation. Where a product requires installation or commissioning by us, it is accepted when it has been installed and shown to work as specified, or when you start using it, whichever comes first.

Changing your mind

As a consumer you may withdraw from a purchase of a standard product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and return it to us. How to do this, who pays the return cost, how and when we refund you, and the cases in which the right does not apply are all set out in the Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Legal guarantee and commercial warranty

Every product must match its description and be fit for its purpose. If a fault appears within two years of delivery, you may ask for a free repair, a replacement, a price reduction or, by ending the contract, a full refund, as described in the Refund and Return Policy. During those two years it is for us to show that the product was free of the fault when it was delivered.

Where a product comes with a commercial warranty, its duration and conditions are stated in the warranty document supplied with the product. A commercial warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee and never reduces it. We keep servicing and spare parts available for our products for the period required by law.

Safe use

Our products are delivered with instructions. Please read them and use the product only as described, with the power supplies, accessories and environments it is designed for. Robots and other machines must not be modified, and their safety functions must not be disabled. Products intended for use by professionals, such as telemedicine devices, must be used by qualified persons in accordance with the rules that apply to them. Damage caused by use contrary to the instructions is not covered by the guarantee.

Software in our products

Many of our products contain software. You receive the right to use that software with the product for as long as you own it; you may not copy it, extract it or use it elsewhere. We provide the updates needed to keep the product working as described for the period you can reasonably expect, and we tell you how to install them. Where a product collects data in order to work, for example sensor data or voice input, the Privacy Policy explains what is collected and how it is handled.

Intellectual property

The designs, software, documentation, trademarks and content of our products remain the property of Sefidanis LLC or its licensors. Buying a product does not transfer any of these rights. You may not reproduce a product or use our name or marks without our written consent.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for delivering the products as described and for their conformity. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, or that result from use contrary to the instructions or from your own breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Export and import rules

Some products are subject to export, import or certification rules in the country of delivery. We tell you if a product cannot be delivered to your country. You are responsible for any permits required on your side, and you agree not to re-export a product in breach of the rules that apply to it.

Business customers

The 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee apply to consumers. For purchases made by a company, an institution or a professional, the order confirmation or a separate contract applies and may set different terms on warranty, liability and payment.

Privacy

We process your personal data to take and deliver your order, handle payment, provide warranty service and answer your requests, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of N. Macedonia and our Privacy Policy. We pass your delivery details to the carrier and your payment details to the payment provider, and to no one else except where the law requires it.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, write to human@sefidanis.com or call +389 (0)70 210 000. We reply within 14 days and try to settle the matter with you directly. If we cannot, you may turn to the State Market Inspectorate of N. Macedonia, to a consumer organisation or to an out-of-court dispute resolution body; if you live in another country, its consumer authority can also assist you. These terms are governed by the law of N. Macedonia, and disputes are heard by the competent court in Ohrid, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections and the courts of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the law or our products change. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
